1. Shipping options for private customers

Shipping to Germany, the EU and Switzerland
When shipping, our products are not only packaged with great attention to detail. We also attach great importance to ensuring that your parcels are shipped carefully. We ship insured with DHL .
Shipping takes place within 1 – 2 working days after receipt of payment, from Monday to Thursday.

Please note that additional taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-Community purchase) and/or duties, e.g. in the form of fees or customs duties, may be incurred for cross-border deliveries and must be paid by you. We have no influence on these fees and cannot provide you with any information on their amount.

Returns
In the case of a free return, you will receive a return label for DHL from us in accordance with the table above.
